The Company philosophy is to use cross functional teams in many areas of the business from new product development through to continuous improvement activities.
Project management is governed by the company's new product development procedures which detail the product stages, reviews and checklists. Customer's projects are managed internally by experienced Project Leaders running multifunctional teams.
The Project Manager has customer responsibility and a dedicated team is assigned to each project. This team deals with all aspects of the project amd reports regularly to Senior Management on progress.
