The Company philosophy is to use cross functional teams in many areas of the business from New Product Development through to Continuous Improvement Activities.
Project management is governed by the Company's New Product Development procedures that details the product stages, reviews and checklists. Customers projects are managed internally by experiemced Project Leaders running multifunctional teams.
The Project Manager has customer responsibility and a dedicated team will be assigned to your project. This team team deals with all aspects of the project amd reports regularly to Senior Management on progress.
