How do I buy from Hosiden Besson?

Our five main product areas each have an individual account manager assigned to them. Please contact the account manager for the division in which you are interested.

What sort of quantities can I order?

Hosiden Besson is an OEM manufacturer and we only manufacture large runs of components and products.

I have an old Hosiden Besson product for which I need to source a replacement part. Can you help?

MT Banshee / Flashtone

Can I purchase a 12v version of your Banshee / Flashtone unit.

The unit works on either 12 or 24 volts so you do not need to purchase separate units.

How can I wire the Flashtone so that the Strobe and Sounder work independently.

You need to cut the RED and Black wire link and connect two separate 24Vdc supplies to both the strobe (Flash) and Sounder (Tone) terminals, connecting +24Vdc to the +V terminal and 0V to the 0V terminal.

If you are using a common GND (0V) just cut the RED link wire and connect the individual +24Vdc as above. and the common 0V to the 0V terminal on either of the two terminal blocks.

Bedlam Loud Tone Callers

Does the Bedlam Loud Tonecaller work on digital or analogue telephone systems?

The Loud Tonecaller only works on analogue telephone systems.

What is the difference between the Domestic and Trade versions.

The Domestic version is supplied with a 3m cord which is plugged directly into the telephone socket and the Trade version needs to be hard wired in.

How do I wire in a Bedlam Loud Tonecaller

The wiring diagram is in the product section, with the Product Sheet.

What do the different coloured wires on the Cybertones do and how do I wire them?
