Quality Assurance

Quality control and improvement is at the heart of all Hosiden Besson activity, and we offer an appropriate warranty on all our manufactured products. Our Quality Compliance Manager, Paul Bonner p.bonner@hbl.co.uk, is responsible for the Hosiden Besson quality control team, whose aim is to achieve a zero defective rate for output. Hosiden Besson is fully accredited to ISO 9001:2000, and has held ISO accreditation since 1986.

• Quality assurance procedures are implemented at every stage of product design, development and manufacture, from inception through the entire product lifecycle
• All our design processes are stage-gated to ensure each step of the design process is appropriately tested and ratified
• Accelerated life testing ensures that products are appropriately tested against future wear and deterioration
• Periodic testing procedures are implemented to ensure that manufacturing output standards are maintained

Additionally, Hosiden Besson have developed manufacturing processes in accordance with the demands of ANQP for the automotive industry, and are working towards ISO TS1649 standards and accreditation.
